Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Requests for cancellations made by March 15, 2024, may receive a refund less 25% of ticket price.

  • Requests for cancellations made from March 16, 2024 to June 15, 2024, may receive less 50% of ticket price.

  • No refunds will be granted for cancellation after June 16, 2024. 

  • Please send an email to scicade2024@nus.edu.sg to cancel your participation.

  • Refunds may be issued only after the conference.
